Deadline for registration is 24 hrs before 15.00 on the check-in day ( a.k.a. one day before check-in by 15.00).
Missing the registration entails a late-registration fee of 100EUR inCASES. Refusing of payment entails a cancelled reservation withfees kept, as by the law entry is not possible without prior tourist registration for anybody.
Guests are informed in the main page without reservation of this policy, are informed in their confirmation e-mail and 3 days before arrival via booking.com messages, therefore the apartment does not take any responsibility for not cooperating or missing such informations.
Late check-in fee is a 150 EUR incases and up to availability. If the latecoming is unannounced or announced on the day of arrival, availability is not guaranteed, therefore reservation will be cancelled withfees kept, based on the fact that guest did not act on time and did not read the check-in policy in the first place ( check-in frames are available on the main page without making any reservation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
